Join us for VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL! All children who have completed Pre-K up to 6 grade are welcome to come for a few days of fun and learning about Our Savior, Jesus! Family night will be Friday, June 2nd at 6 pm. the whole family is invited the celebrate the conclusion of our VBS.
All women are invited to a Mother’s Day Breakfast, prepared by the men of our church, to celebrate Mother’s Day. Please join us for this special time together!
The GBC Women’s Ministry will be hosting it annual conference. Tickets are $20:00 dollars. Must register by January 21 by calling church office at (318) 748 4565. Ticket includes meal and program.
Our youth will be having a fundraising meal, Chicken Spaghetti, corn, bread and dessert. Eat in or take out. By donation only. The money will go to help fund the GBC Youth Ministry.
Come join the GBC Family as we gather to Study the Bible at 9 am followed by worship at 10 AM. We will be giving thanks to God for our Country on its birthday as well as praying for our nation. After the service we will have Dinner on the Grounds. Please bring sides, and desserts.
We will be having VBS from 9 AM to 12 PM May 24-27. Theme is “God Is Good”. There will be a Family Night on Thursday, May 27 at 6 PM. Ages are for those who have completed Pre-K to 6th Grade.
There will also be a VBS for Youth Monday through Wednesday Evenings of the same week.
Please join us for Mother’s Day at GBC. We will start with a breakfast for the Women of our church at 8:15 AM followed by Bible Study at 9 AM. At 10 AM we will start our Worship Service which will include Child Dedications, High School Seniors Recognitions as well as Recognitions of all the Mothers. There will be a gift given to all mothers in attendance.
A wonderful meal will be provided by the youth to help raise funds for our Student Ministry. Plates will be served for donations. Eat in or take-out. Food will be served following the Sunday morning Worship service.
The GBC’s Women’s Ministry will be hosting a conference entitled “Rooted in Him”. Cost is $15.00. Please contact the church office to register and for more information.
GBC will be having our annual Chili Cook Off February 14 at 6 PM . Please bring a pot of chili and a friend for a fun night of food and fellowship.
GBC Youth ministries will be hosting a DNOW Weekend February 5-7. Coist is $25.00. PLease contact GBC Youth Leader Alexa Ashworth for more details.
GBC will be having its annual Thanksgiving meal November 19th at 6 pm. Turkey, ham and dressing will be provided. Please bring side dishes and desserts. Also bring a friend.
